Why does my leather have marks?
We use natural leather that hasn't been artificially corrected. Small scars, creases and shade variations are part of its character, not defects.

Caring for leather
Keep it out of direct sunlight and wipe spills straight away with a damp cloth. Nourish and treat your leather furniture piece every three to six months with a natural leather balm, or more frequently in very hot or dry climates.

Caring for wood
Every piece shows its own grain, knots and colour, and the timber will mellow with light and age. Dust with a soft, dry cloth, use coasters and placemats, wipe spills straight away, and feed it with a good furniture oil. Avoid spray polishes and harsh household cleaners.

How long will my order take?
In-stock pieces are usually dispatched within 5 to 10 working days. Made-to-order pieces take 6 to 8 weeks from the date your deposit clears.

Do you deliver?
Yes. Our two-person team delivers within 100 km of the store you ordered from, Monday to Friday: R 500 on orders under R 5,000, and 10% of the order total above that, paid C.O.D. before offloading. You can also collect free from any of our stores.

Will my couch fit through the door?
Check the product dimensions against your doorways, stairs and lift before ordering. Unsure? Send us your measurements and a photo and we'll help.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Note it on the delivery note, take photos and contact us within 48 hours. We'll repair, replace or refund it.
